The banner will be featured at the bottom of Huatahi’s home screen page, and the description will be posted in this topic.

Huatahi is a text-based RPG set in the world of Harry Potter. Play the role of a student attending this school for magic, an institute located within a New Zealand mountain range that prides itself on its illustrious history and multicultural environment. Or perhaps you would prefer to apply for a teaching position, or play as another member of staff?

Whatever role you choose to play, many options are available to you. Join in on classes, student clubs, holiday celebrations and other organized events, or create your own topics to explore the school and its surroundings, work on character development, or simply have some fun with your fellow forum members.

Huatahi’s curriculum shares some similarities with those of European schools like Hogwarts, but the strong influence of Maori and other Polynesian cultures offers a unique perspective on magical education. There is a wide variety of extracurricular activities, and students are encouraged to join any or all of the school’s numerous student-led clubs.

Note that it is not necessary to have read the Harry Potter books or seen the films. A basic knowledge of the Harry Potter universe is useful, but not required.
