Waiau Island

Greenhouse

The school greenhouse is large, but not very spacious. Younger students will only work near the exit, as the most dangerous plants are kept safely at the back. Even in winter, the temperature is pleasantly warm in here.

Barn

The barn is actually a fairly impressive building that could once have been a mansion, but now only houses a wide variety of magical creatures for students to study and take care of during their Nature Studies classes.

Aviary

The aviary is a steel structure containing a few dozen crows and pigeons, and the occasional raven. Be careful not to step in any bird poo.

Quidditch Pitch

This makeshift Quidditch pitch is noticeably smaller than its official variants, and really only consists of the scoring hoops and some lines on the ground. Students can borrow the necessary material and equipment to play friendly matches during their free time.

Rugby Field

Huatahi would be an embarrassment to its country if it did not have a rugby field. Students can borrow the necessary equipment to play a game of Muggle rugby, or any of the magical variants.
